Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so. Open 24 hours on the same day your order was placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Processed & Shipped Orders
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you will need to follow our Return Policy guidelines after receiving the package. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the wrong item was ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Make sure to include a photo of the damaged product and your order number. Without proper documentation, we are unable to process replacements, refunds, or credit notes.
